Superb service, worth every penny Superb service, worth every penny, especially during 'covid times' when there are extra checks and queues. You get met by a helpful, friendly member of the Umbato team who whisks you straight through to the front of any line, helping you with your luggage along the way. I currently fly in regularly from Dubai and estimate that I save at least 40-60 minutes, possibly more, each way, thanks to the Umbato service. Aside from the convenience of getting in or out very quickly, you avoid the risk of being in close proximity to lots of other people in the various queues. If only they had this services in Lagos... The team are very professional and speak excellent English (as is normal in Kenya). I also use Umbato to get me to and from my hotel. The van is always spotless and well driven and costs a fraction of the cost of the hotel transport service. In the past they organised a safari for me and my family, which was also highly recommended.

Luggage storage made easy We stored our luggage at Umbato's facility for 3 days. The process was super easy and the staff was so friendly. I sent an email and within 5 minutes someone reached out walked to terminal and to meet us. She walked us to the office and explained the process, price and showed us were our items would be stored. We also spoke by phone with the manager who reexplained the process and price. Upon return we picked up our luggage and confirmed everything was present with no damage. We paid what was originally quoted. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent I cannot fault this service. I have and would recommend Lucie and her team to anyone wanting to travel to Kenya. I booked their service online, for my mother who was travelling to Nairobi on her own, Lucie took all her details via WhatsApp and assured me not to worry and that they would be there waiting for her arrival at JKIA, Kenya. Lucie and her team helped her through Port Health, Immigration and Customs without any hassle what so ever. They took care of all the baggage and customs and security. They were with her all the way right upto her being collected by the driver and constantly updated me. We have booked this service on her way out. I will definitely use their service again and would highly recommend them to anyone travelling to Nairobi. Thank you for your great service.

Excellent and fast service This service is absolutely impressive. We had a rather short layover coming from an international destination and going to Mombasa. The nice ladies picked us up at the gate and escorted us through all checks and passport control and even managed that our luggage came wayyyy before the belt started to run. Within 15 minutes we have been to the domestic terminal for check in for our domestic flight to Mombasa. I would absolutely recomend this.

Above and beyond meet and greet service! Highly recommended! Booking online was super easy, as Lucie took in all our info over WhatsApp, for our arrival at JKIA, Kenya. We had requested wheelchair assistance for my mother, but missed it in our rush to get out of the aero-bridge. Thankfully, Ruth and Mark still found us and helped us through Port Health, Immigration and Customs. They took care of all the baggage. We did not even expect that. After 20 hours of flying, we were a bit disoriented and very tired. But Ruth and Mark took care of us like family! Ruth even called our driver and spoke with him to let him know where we would be. We felt bad that we were holding them up as we waited for our driver. But they insisted on staying with us and left only after our driver arrived and they loaded our luggage and made sure we were all in the car. We will definitely book this service on our way back. This was a lucky find and turned out to be such a great service!
